2.3 TikTok and Social Media Integration Data
When you connect your TikTok account through our OAuth integration:
- OAuth Tokens: We securely store TikTok access tokens and refresh tokens to access your TikTok account data in accordance with TikTok's API terms.
2.4 Activity Data
- Daily recommendations you save, view, or interact with
- Posts you mark as completed or in progress
- Streak data and posting history
- Video references and format analyses you access
2.5 Subscription and Payment Information
- Subscription status and plan details (monthly or yearly subscriptions)
- Apple Store transaction IDs and subscription metadata
- Subscription start and end dates, cancellation status
- Note: We do not directly process or store payment card information. All payments are processed through Apple's secure in-app purchase system, and we only receive transaction confirmation data.
2.6 Screen Time and Intervention Data
If you enable the intervention feature (available to premium subscribers):
- App usage time data for selected social media platforms (tracked using iOS Family Controls framework)
- Usage threshold events (when you reach certain time limits)
- Intervention trigger events and your responses
- Daily posting status (whether you have posted content on a given day)
- Important: This data is processed locally on your device and only shared with our servers in anonymized, aggregated form for analytics purposes. We do not have access to detailed, real-time app usage information without your explicit consent through iOS permissions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
3.1 Service Provision
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Personalize your experience and deliver relevant prompts and content
- Track and display your posting streaks and progress
- Enable the intervention feature to help you maintain consistent posting habits (premium feature)

- Notify you about subscription status changes and renewals

3.3 Analytics and Improvement

- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Apple's secure in-app purchase system. Apple processes payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Third-Party APIs: We use TikTok's API in accordance with TikTok's terms and your OAuth permissions. We may use third-party analytics services that process anonymized usage data.
4.2 Third-Party Platform Integrations
- When you connect your TikTok account, we access data through TikTok's API in accordance with their Developer Terms of Service and your permissions.
- TikTok data is used solely to provide our services and is not shared with other third parties except as necessary to operate our service.
4.3 Legal Requirements

- To enforce our Terms of Service, investigate potential violations, or detect and prevent fraud

- Local Storage: Some data, including cached recommendations and intervention tracking data, is stored locally on your device using iOS Keychain (for sensitive data) and UserDefaults (for non-sensitive app data).

- Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES encryption for sensitive data).
- Authentication: We implement secure authentication practices to protect your account access.
- Access Controls: We implement strict access controls and authentication requirements for our systems and personnel.
- Regular Security Audits: We regularly review and update our security practices and infrastructure.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
- Account Data: We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
- Subscription Data: Subscription information is retained for as long as necessary to process payments and comply with legal and accounting requirements.
- TikTok Data: TikTok integration tokens and related data are retained until you disconnect your TikTok account or delete your Creator App account.
- Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes, after which it may be anonymized or deleted.
- Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

- Cancel your subscription at any time through Apple's subscription management settings or the app
- Restore previous purchases through the app's restore purchases feature
